Sme Relationship Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and actively pursue outbound sales opportunities within the designated market area.
- Build and maintain an individual sales pipeline by engaging in effective outbound sales activities in various locations, such as residential areas, commercial hubs, events, and public spaces, cold calling, prospecting, and networking.
- Follow up diligently on leads provided through SFDC, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
- Establish and achieve sales targets, as well as develop and implement effective marketing strategies for the products and/or services offered.
- Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of telecommunication products (postpaid & fiber) and services to provide assistance to customers based on their needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor actions to identify opportunities for gaining a competitive advantage.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with internal and external customers through prompt, courteous, efficient, and professional services.
- Strictly adhere to established sales processes and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
- Strong ability to identify and market outbound sales opportunities effectively.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining an individual sales pipeline through proactive outbound activities.
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor actions to develop competitive strategies.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Adherence to established sales processes and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Possession of own transport for travelling within the designated market area.
