Business Development Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing day to day activities of our customer base.
- Develop new Customer / New business opportunities (Electronics components).
- Increase business revenue by identifying new business opportunities via market analysis.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Meets assigned targets for sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads problem identification efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Responsible for managing price quotations, negotiations, closing sales orders.
- Managing accurate forecasting & allocation support.
- Proactive Marketing sensing capabilities.
- Actively pursue demand creation & manage customer demand.
- Provide pre & post-sales support to clients.
- Able to work with global team.
- Gain access & manage relationships with senior level leaders and executives.
**Requirements**:
Education : Degree holder
Experience : Minimum 5 years
Language : English, **Mandarin** & Bahasa Malaysia
**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
