**About The Job**:
The Revenue Manager's primary responsibility is to deliver sustainable online revenue growth for ZUZU Hospitality Solutions’ fast-growing base of hotel partners, improve operational efficiency for partners by ensuring that ZUZU’s technology solutions are relevant and attractive, and help partners stay ahead of competitors in an increasingly challenging environment for hoteliers. This role will be based in our Malaysia office in Kuala Lumpur.

Key responsibilities would include:

- Maximize hotels’ room night production and revenue on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) through a range of activities aimed at increasing ranking, visibility and conversion
- Designing pricing strategies for hotel partners based on inputs such as occupancy, market demand and competitive benchmarking
- Engage in continuous test and learn on pricing and other promotional activities
- Design and execute revenue management strategies to achieve short and long term objectives for the hotels
- Build strong relationships with OTAs to keep ZUZU updated on their latest products and offerings to help improve hotel performance, and gain insights on market trends and competitive landscape
- Work closely with Account Management team to identify opportunities to improve hotels’ performance
- Contribute to the development of the company’s processes and products, including but not limited to, standarding playbooks when working with OTAs and training and ensuring guidelines are adopted and executed by cross team functions like Commercial Managers
- Execute effectively based on KPIs (targets and/or strategic objectives)

**About You**:

- You possess strong analytical and communication skills and are effective in prioritizing multiple tasks.
- You demonstrate problem-solving skills and persistence when facing challenging situations.
- Energised and Motivated by results with a laser-focus on achieving the KPIs.
- You are data-driven in your work with a keen eye on details.
- Proficient in English
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Hospitality Management/Business/Economics/Information Systems
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, and/or with some e-commerce experience in the hospitality industry.
