HR & Administration Intern

Assist HR team in various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support recruitment processes including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Aid in organizing and maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with HR-related projects such as employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and policy updates.
- Support the administration team with tasks including managing office supplies, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and Admin departments as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior internship experience in HR or administration is a plus, but not required.

Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
