**The Opportunity**
Our client, Australia’s top provider of health and work solutions, is looking for a **HR & TA Administrator**, to be based in the **Manila** office.
This role focuses on providing administration support services to the division’s Talent Acquisition and HR team, enabling the efficient and effective delivery of recruitment and people solutions internally.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the preparation of new starter paperwork, including employment contracts and onboarding materials.
- Create position numbers and support the creation of payroll profiles for all new team members.
- Support team in preparation of contractor agreements and maintain contractor database.
- Assist in the actual delivery of day-to-day tasks outlined in the Rehabilitation Assistant Menu of Services.
- Prepare periodical UKG Managing for Excellence reporting for the division.
- Maintain UKG system profiles and support the creation of new roles and workflows.
- Support the HR Business Partner with the coordination of performance appraisal and salary review processes.
**Skills, Experience & Qualifications**
- Certificate/qualification in office administration is desirable.
- Proven experience in the provision of administrative support to a team.
- Excellent English Language communications skills, written and verbal.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Proven organization and time management skills.
