_**Minimum Requirements**_

Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. General PC computer skills. 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- **Key responsibilities: (Behaviors, Skills, Responsibilities**_**)**

Ø Conduct internal training in the area of motivation as well as work related to plant wide.

Ø Develop in-house training modules for plan wide related to work.

Ø Establish yearly training plan and arrangement for internal as well as external training. Liaison with HRDF training re-imbursement.

Ø Identify training needs of employees and execution and ensuring the effectiveness of training.

Ø Conduct and monitor training evaluation to ensure training effectiveness.

Ø Develop and consistently review, evaluate the job competency by conducting competency gap analysis.

Ø Review and maintain record of employees’ job descriptions.

Ø Involve in recruitment exercise. Develop and consistently review skills test for recruitment.

Ø Establish, maintain and update personnel files and to ensure confidentially of all records.

Ø Maintain a proper record for attendance, leave and medical. Analyze the attendance trend.

Ø Responsible for handling employees’ grievances and welfare.

Ø Perform other related duties as assigned or requested from time to time.
