**Description**
English Champ is an established education centre. With 22 years of experience of working with thousands of children from over 30 countries, we are looking for a responsible person to provide operational and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner at our education centre.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the point of contact between the team and clients, partners and suppliers
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Manage and schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Oversee operational matters
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate or with work experience as a/an educator/ Personal Assistant/ administrative/ operation personnel in an education centre
- Knowledge of basic accounting, office management systems and procedures
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Mandarin
- High School degree, diploma or certification related to business administration/ management/ education or relevant fields

**Details**
- Working hours are from 11.00am to 6.30pm from Mondays to Fridays and 9.00am to 7.00pm on Saturdays.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
