**Reports To**:

- Senior Manager, Operation Resources Management

**Role Purpose**:

- Responsible for managing operations in regard to ADS contract management, ADS staff incentives (Key Performance Incentive KPI), Productivity Incentive (PI), Roster Incentive (RI), Last Minute Upgrade (LMU), and Excess Baggage Incentives (EBI), and Managing Station Manpower Deployment at Peninsular Malaysia.

**Key Accountability**:

- Draft Management Paper from contract renewal, contract review, addendum, and Letter of Award to Supplier.
- Manage Contract (issuance of vendor performance report based on operation monthly report)and Service Level Agreement management including issuing non-compliance penalties to supplier
- Manage Manpower deployment at Ramp, Baggage, AIC, catering, and stations and ensure cost does not exceed the contract value.
- Responsible to ensure all the contract is current and not excced the contract value and current the total contract value under her areas is RM 100mil/ per annum.
- Responsible for ADS Key Performance, Productivity, Roster, Last Minute Upgrade, and Excess baggage date submission to payroll on monthly basis
- Responsible for ensuring station manpower deployment meets the operation work demand and the station can meet the performance target.
- Coordinate with MAHB Security on vendor Airport Passes, PDRM on approval for e-vetting and KDN for immigration letter correspondence.
- Responsible for Business Continuity Program for vendor in the event disruption accrue at Klia and Station

**Qualifications & Working Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree at least a recognized university or institutional degree in project management, operation or equivalent at least 3 years of experience in contract management, operation and IT industry, or any managerial position
- Diploma at least a recognized university or institutional diploma in project management, operation or equivalent at least 5 years of experience in contract management, operation and IT industry, or any managerial position

**Skill & Knowledge**:

- People Skills, working well with customers & stakeholders, initiatives in implementing staff and operational productivity and sustainability programs.
- Ability to manage resources effectively.
- Excellent Contract and SLA management to ensure target KPI is delivered
- Management of inventory par levels, depletion rate and date & pilferage/waste

**Key Challenges**:

- Managing approved financial, operating, capital, and manpower budgets and close monitoring of P&L monthly in the face of escalating raw materials and manpower costs, driving performance-based culture working hand-in-hand to meeting KPIs and always thinking ahead of potential challenges in an ever-changing environment. Operational audits conducted by customers and authorities. As well as to serve in a leadership role in all matters related to operation and resource deployment.
