**Job Responsibilities:

- **
- Search and build clients pipelines (Offline) to promote Balaks products and leads to sales closing.
- ⁠Identify and engage with new dealers to create sales opportunities.
- ⁠Schedule clients meeting with potential clients (Online / Offline).
- ⁠Closely follow up with client on orders and create sales opportunities to increase conversion rate.
- Build and maintain good relationship with potential / existing clients and provide information about the products.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features of our products.
- ⁠Assist and be a team member during exhibitions/ events.

**Job Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Administration, Others or equivalent.
- Preferable with 1 - 3 years experiences in Sales or any related field.
- Knowledge of market research and able to analyse the latest market trend to attract clients.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in dealing with clients.
- Sales-driven mindset individual in working towards target.

**Working mode**:

- Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Saturday, 8:15am - 12:15pm

**Working Location**:

- Juru, Penang
