Sales Support Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Issuing invoices and quotations to clients and customers and ensuring all details/information are kept up-to-date.
- Manage the sales administration process, including preparing new purchase orders, preparing sales orders, and supervising the delivery process to customers.
- Work closely with the sales teams and related departments to manage orders, provide data/information as required, and resolve any issues with orders and specifications.
- Follow up to ensure that all received orders information is completed and ready for delivery.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure all orders are delivered on time.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in any related field.
- Preferable with experiences in related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Required language(s) in both Written and Oral: Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Strong research, analytical, planning, organizational skills, Time-management, and detail-orientation.
- Ability to multi-task, and competing priorities while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a business objective-driven approach.
- Capable of “managing up” to ensure deadlines are met and priorities kept.

**Working mode**:

- Monday - Friday, 8:15am - 5:30pm
- Saturday, 8:15am - 12:15pm

**Working Location**:

- Juru, Penang
