a) Memeriksa dan memasukkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan pembayaran gaji bulanan, tuntutan kerja lebih masa, tuntutan perubatan, tuntutan perjalanan, elaun dan rekod cuti semua pekerja ke sistem Flex.
b) Memasukkan data dan mengemaskini rekod pekerja (kakitangan yang sedia ada, kakitangan baru, perletakkan jawatan, melarikan diri, pelarasan gaji dan sebagainya), maklumat peribadi, akaun bank, pendaftaran KWSP dan PERKESO serta mendaftar no. pekerja.
c) Mengurus hal-hal berkaitan potongan gaji pekerja, pengurangan atau terlebih bayaran gaji pekerja.
d) Mengawal dan mengemaskini sistem penyimpanan rekod dan fail-fail di jabatan.
e) Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh Eksekutif Sumber Manusia / Pegawai Atasan dari semasa ke semasa.
