Human Resources Assistant

**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support.
- Compile and update employee records.
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data.
- Develop and maintain a good filing system.
- Handle and order office stationaries.
- Coordinate meetings arrangement as and when required.
- Responsible for day-to-day administrative support and any other ad-hoc matters as assigned.
- Perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Must have at least a Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Pursuing Professional Qualification / Degree in HR Management or Business Studies.
- Skills and knowledge in MS Office.
- Have a good HR administrative knowledge.
- Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa & English.
- Minimum 1 year working experience would be an added advantage.
- Highly dependent person with sense of urgency, responsibility & result oriented.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work at Hicom, Shah Alam.
