Business Development Executive

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will help take our Car Park Management & Consultancy business to new heights. This person will report to the Manager, Business Development and be integral in growing the business, reviewing current market trends, and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue.

**Job Scope**:
Key responsibilities to support and assist the Business Development team in:

- Build key customer relationships and increase sales opportunities.
- Source for new customers and secure new accounts / business.
- Develop and present sales and marketing ideas and strategies.
- Analyse survey results and data mining.
- Preparation of business proposals and presentations.
- Writing reports, briefing notes, and information memorandums.
- Attend meetings and presentations with the Business Development team.
- Track performance and maximise returns from existing contracts.
- Collation and extraction of data in analysis for profitability.

**Job Requirement**:

- Preferably with working experience.
- Able to work independently in fast paced environment.
- Fresh ideas and always challenging the norm.
- Produce meticulous and detailed work.
- Ability to analyse data and present findings to Management in a concise manner.
- Ability to produce well researched and comprehensive business studies reports.
- Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint.
- Must be able to work well in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Bahasa (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Mandarin (preferred)
