Business Development Executive

**You will play an important role in**:
- Deliver weekly and monthly sales KPIs
- Required to fully understanding software/solutions provided by company and try to map with customer requirement
- Generate leads and qualify prospects
- Perform business development includes: - building rapport with business partners and liaising with potential customers - ensuring effective communication between technical team and customers - Assess customer's requirements and propose best suitable solution. - Run road show/expo and carry out sales activities to acquire leads/sales
- Daily update to management on sales activities and keep CRM database up-to-date
- Provides assistance on RFP responses and proposal creation for prospective customers
- Protect company proprietary and confidential information
- Reporting to CEO/GM on sales and marketing activities / results / forecast via Hubspot

**Requirements**:
- ** BS/BA Degree in IS/IT, Computer Science, Process/Industrial Engineerin**g, or related experience
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management and communication skills - written and verbal.
- Willing to gain knowledge and training in ERP industry
- Possess **own transport and travel required **within Malaysia.
- Disciplined individual with positive working attitude and high commitment to achievement
- Highly motivated individual and passionate about selling
- Experience in selling ERP, Accounting Software is a plus
- Proficient in oral & written English & Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin has added advantage
- Strong computer skills, highly proficient within Microsoft Office Software (Excel, PowerPoint, Words, etc)
