**Partner with the best**:
As a HR Shared Services Specialist, you will work within the People Operations Team and will report to our Team Lead. You will involves providing support to HR related request such as general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions.

As a HR Shared Services - Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating high proficiency in HR processes, policies, standard operating procedures and administer day-to-day HR related transactions
- Providing customer service support by escalating complex queries to appropriate owner inside or outside of HR
- Monitoring queue in case management tool, self-assign cases appropriately and log each query in accordingly
- Supporting Data Integrity initiatives in all HR Systems
- Communicating and sharing processes, policies, and other relevant documentation to employees needed to resolve the query/ issue

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Social sciences background
- Have good experience in a corporate HR support or client services role or gained via an internship
- Have good analytics, business and financial acumen with the ability to analyse complex data, draw conclusions and offer recommendations
- Be a customer focused with the ability to provide remote HR support via Global HR Center
- Have ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Have familiarity with customer service environment and ability to meet identified targets, KPIs and SLAs
- Have working knowledge of service request management tools, MS Office, Workday, Neocase, SAP and other HR tools
