Overview:
STATEMENT:
The Business Readiness & Training Manager is a vital role to drive and support the Change mgt, Training & Communication Director in the regional digital transformation. The role will be leading three critical areas:

- Change management: continuous engagement with relevant stakeholders & ensuring a smooth transition from legacy platforms to the new Herbalife One platform
- Training: ensure that markets are adequately trained and that they are fully independent post go-live (initial go-live as well as continuous deployment)
- Activation: drive launch activation (incl. dissemination of communication assets internally and to distributors) to ensure a quality go-live as well as adoption

Drive the change program by ensuring a pragmatic impact assessment and structured transition planning of all business processes impacted by the digital implementation
- and over-all transformation.

Work closely with subregions and market teams to ensure that the right activation and training is concluded to support the implementation plan. Assess impact regarding sunsetting of any of the platforms affected by the digital transformation, and ensure that transition plans are executed in a timely manner.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Change Management:

- Partner with function
- and business process owners to ensure engagement. Intention must be to reduce change resistance among associates & distributors
- Partner with product teams and functional counterparts to assess business impact and ensure effective risk mitigation to reduce business disruption
- Follow the change management framework and strategy blueprint to drive the digital transformation engagement strategy
- Assess business readiness prior to launch and assess risks and impact when sunsetting legacy systems
- Agree and sign off regarding sunsetting of legacy system (incl. impact, time-lines, mitigations) to ensure business continuity
- Work closely with GTS to ensure alignment regarding impact of front-end (digital) changes on the respective back-office IT platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address identified impacts related to the launch of Herbalife One, our over-all digital transformation, any regionally managed products, projects and change initiatives with transition management requirements
- Drive and steer all / any launch activation and training activities necessary to help guide the business through its change journey
- Closely monitor and manage the transition of benefit / value realization from the project team to the local business areas that are accountable for the realization of the stated benefits
- Support in creating global assets together with the change team to support the transition plans where markets can easily adapt and personalize
- Analyze the change gap of any process re-engineering as a consequence of the implementation of the Herbalife One platform or any digital product(s) created regionally or globally by comparing future state with generic current state, and re-analyze based on enhancements and impact on end users
- Assess the impact of the digital transformation across markets including business processes
- and systems in order to develop and ensure necessary support through the change
- Define key impacted areas and guide local teams on smooth and effective transition
- Assess the readiness of the business for digital change, identify associated risks and issues and manage them effectively to ensure successful project delivery through the change
- Identify stakeholders and define a management approach to ensure on-going stakeholder engagement and buy-in to digital projects and change initiatives
- Escalate risks and issues via the Governance framework and identify effective solutions and recommendations for mitigating actions
- Ensure that markets execute a structured stakeholder management approach involving project team members and the wider business as and when required
- Anticipate and address potential resistances by elaborating action plans to mitigate impact

Training:

- Provide training to employees who need to test the platforms/digital products prior to UAT, as well as employees who need to run the platforms post go live (e.g. coordinate SME training for content management system / CRM / Admin tools / analytical systems etc.)
- Providing Train-the-Trainer sessions to market field trainers and distributor leadership, including materials that are suitable for different digital maturity levels to enable them to use the new platform/digital product effectively & efficiently
- Work with markets to ensure translation and adaptation of materials, and ensure that a robust field training plan is created & reviewed

Activation:

- Designing & creating a field launch pack (incl. briefing / involving agencies where applicable) to highlight the benefits of the new platform/digital product/new features etc. to the field & encourage adoption.
