Job Descriptions:

- Recruitment from end to end.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding employee.
- Ensure overall payroll accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency.
- To setup Employee Handbook, maintaining setup HR Policies, SOPs, and processes related to HR and administrative workflow.
- Update and advise the management team on solutions and strategies for HR management, workplace relations, and matters within the interpretation of relevant Malaysia Employment Acts and Regulations.
- Ensure compliance to IRB, EPF, SOCSO, HFRD and necessary authority requirements.
- Responsible for employment contract.
- Office administration.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 3 years (required)
