**Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
**Operations**
- Manage all the administrative tasks in relation to employee pre-employment coordination, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion, performance review, and resignation.
- Ensure all information and employee data are accurate and updated in a timely manner in HRIS systems.
- Ensure organization chart, position descriptions, relevant HR documentation and information are updated for various audit requirements e.g. internal; external.
- Ensure all relevant daily HR & Payroll Administration services are consistent and in compliance with local acts (statutory and non-statutory) & Group HR guidelines
- Act as a consultant to respond to employee enquiries regarding internal employee communications, HR guidelines and processes.
- Monitor internal HRIS systems and databases.
- Employee Experience: Providing seamless onboarding experience and departure experience.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time-to-time.
**Job Requirements**:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant degree is a plus.
- Experienced working in a fast-paced, matrix, evolving organization.
- Proficiency to quickly learn the organizations HRIS system.
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
- Confident and good presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Monday to Friday

- Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
