We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Event Manager to join our team at Blockworq Sdn. Bhd. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing various events to promote our company's products and services. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the success of each event.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute a wide range of events, including seminars, workshops, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their event objectives, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Develop event proposals, budgets, and timelines, ensuring all elements are properly planned and executed.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event-related services, including venues, audiovisual equipment, catering, and transportation.
- Manage event logistics, including registration, attendee management, and on-site coordination.
- Oversee event setup, including stage design, decorations, and signage.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of events, gathering feedback and implementing improvements for future events.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives align with the company's overall marketing and business strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors' events, and emerging event technologies to enhance event experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Event Manager or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in event management software and tools.
- Knowledge of event marketing strategies and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work outside of regular office hours, including evenings and weekends, to oversee events.
- Knowledge of the digital systems industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
