**ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Building Maintenance
- To assist in implementing and developing flexible system focusing on monitoring of consultants / contractors / vendors’ service contract as well as delivery of task.

Safety & Health
- Ensure all Health, Safety and Environmental statutory obligations and industry best practice procedures and systems are adhered to

Facilities Management
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of shopping mall, facilitating good environment for retailers’ business activity and pleasant shopping environment for shoppers.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS**
- At least 3 years’ experience in Mall/ Hotel or Office building operations and management position.
- Experienced in handling Mall operations and facilities management, preferrable M&E background/knowledge

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
