Developer (Chatbot and Customer Experience)

Responsibilities:
1. Analyse current chat automation systems and identify areas for improvement.
2. Design and implement a structured customer service journey, ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
3. Develop a comprehensive questions and answers database to enhance chatbot responsiveness.
4. Utilize machine learning and data analytics to optimize chatbot efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Regularly gather and integrate customer feedback to refine chatbot functionalities.
6. Ensure all chatbot content remains up-to-date and relevant to user needs.
7. Collaborate with the customer service team to understand common inquiries and incorporate them into the chatbot system.
8. Monitor and report on chatbot performance metrics, proposing strategies for continuous improvement.
9. Analyse customer data to understand spending history, preferences, and behaviours. Group and segment customers to deliver more personalized and effective chatbot/marketing interactions.
10. Stay updated with the latest chatbot technology, machine learning, and customer service trends to ensure our system remains at the forefront.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor’s **degree** in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
Experienced in **customer experience design,** focusing on **chat automation**.
Proven experience using **machine learning and analytics** to optimize chatbot systems.
Strong understanding of customer service best practices and the ability to **design chatbot solutions** that enhance customer satisfaction.
Proficient in **data analysis and performance metrics.**
