**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for monthly payroll and statutory processing function, ensure all processes are executed appropriately, accurately and in timely manner according to internal policies, procedures and work instructions.
- Ensures that payroll is prepared according to internal processes and payments are calculated and paid accurately and timely.
- Responsible for processing claims reimbursement.
- Responsible for compliance with EPF, SOCSO, Income Tax and other requirement by local authorities.
- Work closely with finance departments for payroll related reports and analysis.
- Handling payroll related matters for all associates inclusive for internal / external audit.
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years hands on experience in full set accounts and payroll process (inclusive of monthly reporting to management).
Good technical payroll knowledge (administration of benefits or statutory handling), with excellent attention to details, willingness to learn new skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, word) and other business related software (Autocount).
- Good writing, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to maintain discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Must possess good knowledge of HR field, Labour Law and Industrial Relations legislation and regulations.
- Must be willing to travel and possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
