HR & Employment Pass Executive

**Employment Pass Application**
- Draft justification letters and prepare all required documents to increase the chances of getting quota and visa approved.
- Provide quotation, issue invoice and remind clients for service payment.
**Payroll**
- Responsible for full spectrum of payroll management processing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, deductions for our clients
- To ensure timeliness and 100% accuracy in all activities relating to payroll administration and processing.
- Manage workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Liaise with clients to complete all payroll process timely
- Prepare payments and request for transfer approvals.
- Able to use various HR software with features such as OT, Leave & Attendance system is functioning and generating accurate and timely reporting
- Update HR / payroll system records on changes in tax exemptions, insurance coverage, allowances, deductions, etc.
- Ensure compliance of statutory requirements such as calculating employees’ employment income tax liabilities and / or any statutory contributions or deductions.
- Liaise with Malaysia Statutory bodies for registration enquiries make payment to Statutory Bodies
- Update and maintain employees records orderly and correctly in the databased and filling systems.
- Prepare the confirmation letter, increment letter, resignation acceptance letter and other relevant letters
- Ensure all the documents and reports are filled in orderly and correctly in database and reports are filled in orderly
- Work closely with Recruitment team for Employee on-boarding & off-boarding process
- Resolve payroll discrepancies if any.
- Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the Management.
**Requirement**
- At least 2 Year(s) of employment pass experience is required for this position.
- Knowledge of statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB & HRDF)
- Other general HR knowledge
- Computer literate
- Good with numbers and details.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English. Advantageous if you are able to read, converse and write in Chinese
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft excel
- Advantage if you have experience in payroll experience.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
