**About the Company**

A Japanese trading company of home furniture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office.
- Manage staff attendance & leave records.
- Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
- Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
- Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO.
- Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration.

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree holder.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is needed.
- Language required: English, Chinese, Malay.
- Must know payroll

**Additional Information**:
Industry : Trading

Location : Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
