Payroll Assistant

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Payroll Team to support the growth of our Company.
Responsibility;
- Responsible for end-to-end payroll, including ad hoc payroll, timely and accurately accordingly to set payroll timeline.
- Manage leave system, attendances and verify all attendances, claims, allowances and overtime before payroll processing.
- Prepare monthly HR reports.
- Manage HR Administrative duties in areas of preparation of HR related letters, insurance, maintaining HR Documentation, etc.
- Preparation HR related matters or inquiries.
- Assist in other HR ad hoc work.
- Training will be provided.
Requirement;
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of payroll experience.
- Possess sound working knowledge of Human Resource Management System, Microsoft Excel, Labor Laws and payroll management.
- Meticulous, attentive to details, well organized and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
- Willing to work in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
