**Primary Objective**:

- Provide support relating to Agency administrative and documentation matters to Group Corporate Banking business teams.
- Undertake facility, security, monitoring and other relevant agency roles for syndication and bilateral transactions originated and/or lead arranged by RHB Bank and RHB Islamic Bank.
- Effectively manage the day to day transactions to avoid any operational losses.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Scope and Complexity**
- Assist syndicate banks/financiers to expedite the disbursement of facilities.
- Oversees the overall operational management of syndication facilities for more efficient tracking and support business teams on credit admin functions.
- Participate/assist in IT project, system support and product testing to ensure GCB’s issues (if any) are addressed.
- Oversees the operations of issuance of securities/ drawdown / fund transfers; issuance and syndicated facilities for centralized monitoring.
- Monitor and coordinate movement of funds in the designated accounts within the agreed terms and conditions (cash flow waterfall) to ensure compliance.
- Oversees preparation of information for BNM/external auditor to ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Monitor and coordinate servicing of clients financing obligations under the Securities Programme and Syndication to ensure prompt repayment.
- Monitor the compliance of the facility terms and conditions namely the covenants, representations and warranties to alleviate any financial/credit impact.
- Act as Security Agent and other agency services for Bilateral/Syndication facilities.
- Tracking of PSIA and any other funding investment to ensure funding is within the approved PSIA limit and for accurate reporting (under BA/FA).

**Leadership**
- Provide guidance to the Corporate agency team to ensure daily operational issues are attended in a timely manner.

**Compliance**
- Ensure compliance to the SC’s, BNM’s and Bank’s rules and guidelines at all times to avoid breaches or financial impact.
- Requirements

**Requirements**:
Bachelor Degree - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance & Accounting, Marketing/Business Administration/Economics or equivalent..
- Certification in Syariah Financing (optional)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in syndication/securities operation and administration.
- Good business analytical skills
- Well verse in BNM settlement system
- Good understanding of syariah regulatory guidelines & legal framework
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess excellent planning and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure in meeting deadlines.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Words)
