Working Day: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9:00am - 6:00pm
Location: Emzi Holding Sdn Bhd, Level 1 Menara SP Plaza, 08000 Sungai Petani, Kedah

**Salary**: RM1,600 + RM100 (Incentive)
*Increment salary after 3 months probation

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Daily, weekly, and monthly update database and inventory
- Prepare documentation and presentation for weekly & monthly meeting
- Taking minutes at meetings and update to manager or Chief Officer
- Manage request and able to liaise with other department
- Able to handle multitask given by manager

**Criteria**:

- Minimum 1 years experience in administration task
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of commitment and initiative.
- Have basic Public Relation
- Able to multitask and able to prioritize daily workload
- Language proficiency: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Possess good organization skill, resourceful, matured and pleasant personality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in MS Excel
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Sungai Petani, Kedah.

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
