**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis & Business Development**
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region to expand the company's client base.
- Must be well-versed and have experience of conducting an effective sales funnel of prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

**Sales & Client Relationship Management**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share within the region.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and adjust as needed to optimize results.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

**Proposal Development**
- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Tailor proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of potential clients.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate market insights and customer feedback to inform product/service enhancements to ensure satisfactory service delivery.

**Reporting and Analysis**
- Generate regular reports and performance metrics to track progress against sales goals, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Present findings to management and stakeholders.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles.
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a sales team.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing sales talent to achieve performance targets.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and close deals effectively.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region as required.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
