**Procurement Assistant**

**6 MONTHS CONTRACT**

**RM 3000**

**Job Requirement**:

- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in logistic/ material management or quantity surveillance/ business administration
- Planning/ purchasing/ procurement experience is required for this position Experience in offer and supplier comparison

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize project related order administration in accordance to the business models and sales contracts
- Prepare sourcing and procurement of required material from local and overseas including preparation of necessary documents - Assist with all import/export business including creation of required documents i.e. LC, transport, taxes, as required)
- Monitor & manage, material movement & Goods Receipt for OM or Warehouse as required - Prepare and convey of monthly sales and rental invoices and cooperate with FD to facilitate collection process as required.
- Preparation of OM Departmental Reporting & Key Data entry
- Controlling the consistency of contract confirmation and invoices - Develop offer and supplier comparisons.
- Actively manage procurement activities & Suppliers
- Actively coordinating with Sales Engineers and Engineering Department the material request per project
- Liaise with warehouse about incoming and outgoing material - Liaise and monitor on purchased material
- Conduct effective coordination with relevant department to meet deadline for report submission.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
