Liaise with government agencies such as Immigration Department and Labour office, and non-government agencies such as Bangladesh Embassy and Nepal Embassy.
To handle foreign worker administration duties such as update foreign worker master listing, permit renewal(E-PLKS), passport renewal, Check-Out Memo (COM), Special Pass (SP), arrangement for FOMEMA medical check-up, hostel, and etc.
Arrange documentation in office if requested by management.
Work closely with both the management and employee to improve work relationships and increase productivity and staff retention.
Identify training requirements and needs for staff based on their position.
Assist in industrial relations activities including handling all matters related to disciplinary actions, grievances, counselling, employee’s misconduct, advising and guiding management the best practice
Assist in development and implementation of the HR policies and procedures. Ensure the information transmitted to all staff efficiently.
Maintain, review and updating of related company policies, procedures and employee handbook in compliance with latest laws and regulation.
Pay: From RM2,200.00 per month
