The HR & Admin Executive will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources and administrative functions within our organization. This position involves managing employee relations, facilitating recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and Onboarding**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.

2. **Employee Relations**:

- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, addressing issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment.

3. **Performance Management**:

- Support performance appraisal processes, including setting up timelines and gathering feedback.
- Assist in the development of employee development plans.

4. **Training and Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Maintain training records and evaluate program effectiveness.

5. **Compliance and Policy Implementation**:

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and healthcare regulations.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

6. **Administrative Support**:

- Maintain employee & consultant records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

7. **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with Head quarter.

**Job Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources; experience in healthcare services is an advantage.
- **Communication Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Strong ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations with tact and professionalism.
- **Analytical Skills**:Good analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- **Location**:Must be based in **Bandar Rawang 1**.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,808.23 per month
