Job Description:
- Responsible for the administration of personnel transactions.
- Responsible to monitor employee leave and employee attendance, probationary review, and conducting job appraisal for employment confirmation.
- Responsible to monitor employee claims, such as Medical, Dental, Travelling etc
- Assist in training and development initiatives (HRDC claim).
- Assist in development and implementation of Human Resource Policies.
- Ensure accurate and timely monthly Payroll and HR reports to the Management.
- Liaise with relevant government agencies on HR statutory requirements and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements.
- To ensure proper filing of records and documents are maintained.
- Assist Director to handle, monitor & coordinate tasks and report.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure effective communication between the Director and internal/external parties.
- Undertaking special assignments, ad-hoc and related matters as and when required.
Job Requirement:
- Possess a minimum of Diploma in Human Resources, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Labor Laws and Employee Relations Systems.
- Experience in developing HR systems, policies, best practice and standards.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Able to handle company information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (eg: Excel, Word, Power Point).
- Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin / Cantonese.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics and integrity.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
