**Job description**
- Key in Purchase Orders (POs) into T100 system and ensuring that POs are updated accurately and timely.
- Filing and maintaining records of import and export shipping documents, such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Customs Declaration Forms, and ensuring they are organized and easily accessible for reference or audit purposes.
- Assisting in the preparation of customs clearance documents and ensuring compliance with local regulations and requirements.
- Updating ISO vendor list with new vendor information and ensuring that all necessary documentation and information are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assisting with P&L (Purchasing & Logistics) administration works.
- Assisting in ad hoc tasks as assigned by manager or team leader.

**Job requirements**
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.
- Basic knowledge of book-keeping principles.
- Familiarity with SAP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient typing skills and the ability to write and edit documents accurately.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
