**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Manage, monitor and maintain the existing IT infrastructures, internet routers, network switches, IP Phone, servers, antivirus, Wi-Fi, and firewalls.
- Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Installing, Configuration, Testing and Maintaining Operating System, Application Software and System Management Tools.
- Proactive the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
- Maintain security, backup and redundancy strategies.
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks.
- Provide documentation requirements to customer.
- Participate in the envisioning, design of information and operational support systems.
- Provide Product Presentation, Demo and Training.
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Testing new technology.
- Assist the supervisor to execute the IT security tasks assigned, which include but not limit to, documenting & advocating IT security policy & procedures, security risk assessment, installation of security tools, security enhancement, security breach recovery & protection management and document & report incident response in the areas of firewall, network, website, and devices.
- Provide training to new team members.
- Manage IT budget and plan for business continuity, e.g. system enhancement, maintenance, resource management, etc.
- Any other tasks assigned by management deem necessary as and when required.

**Skills and Specifications**:

- Experience in Installing, Configuring and Troubleshooting Microsoft Windows and Other Microsoft Technology Product based environments.
- Experience in the administration, maintaining, monitoring and performance tuning of Microsoft Technology Product.
- Disciplined and meticulous when it comes to documentation and time management.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Independent and self-motivated.
- Networking knowledge on TCP/IP, Switch or Router.
- Required to travel.

**Education and Qualification**:

- Minimum a degree in Software Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science or related course in computers/technology.
- Preferably with at least 1 years' experience in IT Support/IT Security or other similar fields.
- Good command of the English language is a must
