**Responsibilities**:
**1. Market Research and Strategy Development**:
- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities internally and externally, within the Malaysian healthcare sector.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enter new markets or increase presence in existing markets, focusing on healthcare products or services.
- Analyse market trends and monitor industry activities to maintain competitiveness and anticipate shifts in customer preferences.
- Create a relevant package promotion for healthcare.
**2. Relationship Management**:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clinic chains, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare entities.
- Manage ongoing partnerships and sponsorship agreements, ensuring that they align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Represent the company at healthcare industry events, seminars, and conferences to network with potential clients and professionals.
**3. Sales and Negotiation**:
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients and partners.
- Negotiate terms and close deals that contribute to the company’s profitability and growth objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure that the sales pipeline is consistently populated with new leads.
**4. Collaboration with Internal Teams**:
- Work closely with the marketing team to craft campaigns that target specific segments of the healthcare market.
- Partner with product development and technical teams to ensure product offerings are tailored to meet market demands.
- Engage with legal and finance departments to ensure all contractual terms comply with regulatory standards and serve the best interest of the company.
**5. Reporting and Management**:
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies to senior management.
- Keep detailed records of business development activities and outcomes to inform future strategies.
- Ensure all activities adhere to industry standards and company policies, promoting a positive image of the company.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business development, preferably within the healthcare sector in Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities and manage relationships with complex healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of the Malaysian healthcare market and regulatory environment.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
