**Responsibilities**:

- Serving as a business partner in the area of talent acquisition to all assigned business lines and/or locations, being the first POC (point of contact) for any recruitment related advisory, queries, troubleshooting, and advisory.
- Manage closing process to ensure a successful outcome, acting as liaison with internal business partners including but not limited to HRBP, compensation and compliance
- Act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) with recruiting vendors, employment agencies and pre-employment/assessment providers within the assigned geographical and/or business scope.
- Helping more junior team members grow by sharing best practices and demonstrating Elanco values and behaviors as well as relevant Recruitment related knowledge and experience.
- Maintain relevant information within Elanco’s ATS - Workday, managing process flows & trouble shooting issues as they arise.
- Helping Elanco maintain a positive reputation as an employer in digital portals and channels.
- Comply with all company local and global policies including legal & privacy frameworks, Code of Conduct, anti-discrimination, harassment, and health, safety and environment (HSE) policies.
- Perform any other duties or serve in such other capacity related to the job as may be determined by Company management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably with a focus on the Greater China market
- Strong understanding of the Greater China market and the key industries within it.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Workday is a plus.
