The **Assistant to the Managing Director** is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks and support the Managing Director with personal affairs management, project support, calendar management, communication & correspondence. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills, handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion, and be able to act without guidance.

**Job Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Efficiently manage and oversee the Managing Director's personal matters.
- To provide and maintain full spectrum of secretarial and administration duties such as arranging meeting schedules, maintaining a proper filing system of documents, arrangement of appointments, travel arrangements, etc.
- Handle personal correspondence, appointments, and any other relevant tasks or arrangements as needed.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Process expenses and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement.
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Director's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prioritize and schedule meetings and events to optimize the Managing Director's time.
- Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure all travel arrangements align with the Managing Director's preferences and business needs.
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
- Attend meetings with the Managing Director, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- Knowledge of design and construction is advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to C-suite executive and/or VIP.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute integrity.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
