Customer Service Executive

Your role will involve engaging with customers and attending to their inquiry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with customers who send in inquiry via social media
- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding product.
- Provide customers with detailed information about product features and benefits.
- Address customer queries and concerns with product expertise.
- Set up and organize the TDO event space for maximum visibility and impact.
- Supervise on-site promoters, ensuring they adhere to standards and guidelines.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple, understandable manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
