**Role Summary**
Reporting to a Sales Team Manager, the Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for driving successful lead conversions, maximizing sales value through excellent discovery and client management, and proactively building a pipeline of sales opportunities. This role requires effective workload management to meet sales targets and adherence to KPI metrics set by the Team Manager.
**Key responsibilities**
- **_Results-Driven Delivery_** : Achieve, meet and exceed annual sales targets set by location, market, product, and service capability aligned with team and business priorities
- **_Effective Lead Management_** : Manage new marketing-generated leads promptly and effectively, ensuring thorough discovery of client requirements
- **_Pipeline Management_** : Conduct sufficient prospecting, networking, and outbound sales activities to maintain the necessary sales pipeline. Taking corrective action as needed.
- **_Accurate Record Keeping_** : Maintain comprehensive, up-to-date records on the company’s CRM system.
- **_Personal Development and Competency_** : Stay competent, updated with market developments and trends to sell approved products and services through refresher training and development activities.
- **_Reporting and Forecasting_** : Report on current pipeline, forecast sales, and action plans as required
- **_Teamwork and Colleague Support_** : Support team members to ensure the team meets expected activity levels and targets. Ensure client expectations are met for new business contracts. Escalate risks and issues timely to minimize client impact.
**Requirements & Skills**
- Experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the service line/ Inside Sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing client needs.
