**Job Scope**:
- Placement of advertisement and processing of applicants/arrange for interviews.
- Helps with interview/selection
- gives valuable input and recommendation.
- Orientation workshop / On-boarding.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Requirement:
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- Good interpersonal and leadership skills with a firm, decisive and mature personality
- Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
