Create and maintain document control for the projects
- Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic and hard copy documents on behalf of clients and industry professionals
- Manage the whole spectrum of document filing, archives, record and issuance for project document are properly maintained in accordance with quality requirements to ensure all documents have no errors/mistakes
- Help to preparation and assist hod/project manager in some general work
- Provide assistant in all site administrative works, in charge in office utilities and supplies
- Monitor and record all site staffs related issues include record staff attendance report
- Assist project teams communicate with headquarters communication, documentation, and coordinator in general issue

**Requirement & Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2-3 years' of relevant experience as administrative, preferred in construction industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Engineering/Science/Business in Management
- Required language (s): Malay, English & Mandarin (as this position need to liaise with parties from China)
- Computer literate (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, detail-oriented, good time management and analytical
- Able to understand local standards and code of practice by ensuring the site construction works are carried out according to local regulations and requirements

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
