Do you have a creative and effective way of doing online sales? Here at Trapo, we’re looking for a passionate and creative online sales lead to bring the online team to a greater level together

**Responsibilities**
- Achieve growth and sales targets by successfully managing the online sales team.
- Collaborate with Shopee / Lazada key account managers to accomplish business targets & maintain relationships with Shopee / Lazada.
- Create monthly and yearly online business plans.
- Present monthly and yearly business report on sales / forecast to management team.
- Provide direction to each team player to accomplish tasks.
- Perform market / competitor analysis, highly aware of what is happening in the market.
- Provide excellent customer purchase experience from before to after sales.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Manage and train team players to grow personally and professionally.
**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an online sales lead or related roles for at least 3 to 5 years.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada etc.
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
- Strong mentoring, coaching and leadership skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong research skills.
- Highly self motivated.
- Collaborative spirit.
- Creative.
- Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service-related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison, etc) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge in utilising Microsoft suite and various tools (Microsoft Excel/Word & etc).
- Social media savvy.
