- Manage office administrative work.
- Keep and maintain documentations, proper recording of information.
- Manage invoice and payment records.
- Responsible to carry out research, communicate and liaise with suppliers and client representatives.
- Supporting office equipment purchasing and inventory management.
- Support facility team and performing the ad-hoc task.

- At least Diploma or Degree in any fields of study or
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences
- Able to write professionally in English
- Team player with good interpersonal and positive attitude
- Attention to details and analytical, meticulous

- Salary to commensurate with experience
