- Oversee Administrative Team to support sales team and facilitate sales processes in compliance with Quality Management.
- Plan and perform continuous improvement to support sales strategy and revenue growth.

- A business degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year experience in leading a corporate inside sales team of at least 3 team members.
- B2B inside sales/ acquisition (hunting) experience is a must.
- Experience in servicing clients in advanced markets e.g. Singapore, Hong Kong is preferred.
- Ability to put up closure on issues quickly and results driven.
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic environment with strong time management, leadership, project management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills.
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into execution strategy.
- Possess initiative, assertiveness in decision making and independent with the desire and ability to strive for excellence in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is a plus.
- Exhibit a desire to achieve and be part of a team.

- Enabling the success of the team to hit monthly targets
- average of 50 new clients per Account Manager per month
- Enabling the team to hit average of 120mins daily per Account Manager/ 50-60 connected calls
- The role enjoys On target Incentive scheme of 60 (basic salary): 40 (incentive) ratio per month.
- Example: basic salary of RM6000 + incentive of RM4000. the incentive of the full RM4000 is payable every month if they hit targets at 100%. If they hit 80% of target, they will enjoy 80% of RM4000. The minimum to enjoy incentive is 80%. If they hit more than 100% of target, there is a multiplier which they can enjoy more than RM4000.

**Work arrangements**
- We adopt a hybrid working policy where we spend equal amount of time working from home and office too. 2 - 3 days working from office per week
- Official work hours: 8:30am -5:30pm
- This role follows Singapore public holidays calendar with replacement leave provided in lieu for missed public holidays in MY.
