The company has branched out from being an independent finance advisory house to having a growing presence in the property development market in Klang Valley.

**Job Scope**
- Preparing communications on behalf of the Chairman
- Answering phone calls
- Manage travel arrangements and itineraries
- Organising and planning meetings & appointments
- Provide administration support and general secretarial assistance
- Coordinating with the driver
- Various ad hoc requests

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in PA role
- Active listening and good communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Follows instructions clearly and accurately within a timely fashion
- Strong time-management and organization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
