About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Liaison for Executive Chairman. In this role, you will provide critical support to the Executive Chairman & President's office, assisting with administrative functions and driving business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Chairman & President, including coordinating tasks and projects.
  • Assist the Executive Chairman & President in identifying and pursuing potential business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate opportunities and assess their viability.
  • Develop negotiation strategies and facilitate the closure of new business deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and values.
  • Maintain confidentiality and protect organizational interests in all business dealings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning and networking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 6-10 years of relevant experience in business development or executive office support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to navigate high-profile environments with discretion.
  • Familiarity with classical liberal ideas and a keen understanding of political sensitivities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in document preparation.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a good grasp of current affairs.
