Great Wall Motor Sales Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SERVICE LIAISON to join our team.
Job Description- We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who can develop and implement effective customer service goals, procedures, policies, and standards.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and manage call-in customers by assisting, confirming or clarifying any concerns as needed.
- This role requires someone with strong client-facing skills, able to provide customers with a professional standard of service and achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Plan, Develop, Implement, and Improve Effective Customer Service Goals: Create and maintain a comprehensive customer service strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and objectives.
- Engage and Manage Call-in Customers: Utilize exceptional communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide Timely and Accurate Responses: Respond to customer inquiries regarding promotions, special offers, and product features in a prompt and accurate manner.
- Efficiently Utilize CRM System: Leverage the CRM system to access and manage customer data, track interactions, preferences, and sales history to ensure personalized service.
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Administration / Psychology or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably with working experience in the automotive industry.
- Strong client-facing and excellent oral & written communication and negotiation skills.
