Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage walk-in customers, dealers, and/or retailers at the service center.
  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient assistance to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
  • Perform courier packing & arrangements when required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar front-desk or call center role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
