Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage walk-in customers, dealers, and/or retailers at the service center.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient assistance to resolve customer issues.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Perform courier packing & arrangements when required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.
- Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a similar front-desk or call center role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle a variety of customer inquiries.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
