JOB DESCRIPTION:
and provide prompt and professional assistance.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and friendly manner.
- Manage booking and daily operation of car movement
- Provide administrative support for operations team.
- Input data into system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Issue receipt and close invoice to customer
- Other task assigned by management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- High school, Diploma or equivalent.
- More than 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays(upon request).
- Full-timer working hour : Afternoon Shift Time: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Friday : OFF DAY or anyday on weekday
Saturday: Alternative Off Day / 8.30AM-5.30PM
Sunday : 8.30AM-5.30PM
Monday-Thursday: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
