**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Provide Comprehensive Support**: Assist the team with various administrative tasks, including order processing, scheduling, and communication.
- **Document Management Guru**: Maintain organized filing systems for both digital and physical documents, ensuring efficient access and retrieval.
- **Office Optimizer**: Monitor and restock office supplies to keep the workspace well-equipped.
- **Data Whiz**: Perform accurate and timely data entry for various administrative tasks.
- **Record Keeper**: Maintain accurate records of expenses, invoices, and other relevant documents.
- **Welcoming Host**: Greet and assist visitors, creating a positive first impression of The Tea Republic.
- **Go-To Problem Solver**: Tackle ad-hoc tasks and projects with initiative and a solution-oriented approach.
- **Meeting Maestro**: Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare materials, and take minutes as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative or personal assistant role.
- Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to liaise with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
- Tech-savvy. High level of digital literacy. This includes understanding how to use digital devices, navigate the internet, and stay safe online. Comfortable with technology and keeping up with the latest digital trends.

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Admin: 3 years (required)
- Secretarial: 1 year (preferred)
- Leadership / Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Very Fluent Professional English (required)
